Detectives are vetted volunteers who work like partners: they find people who need support and people ready to give, bring them into the protocol, verify urgent cases in the field — in the spirit of a pharmacist or an ombudsman — and raise their priority so help arrives first where it is needed most.

Verify & prioritise

Confirm urgent cases in the field — a cut-off utility, an empty pharmacy prescription — and mark them for priority matching. AI may flag; only humans decide.

Protect the standard

Watch that no counter asks questions, no story is demanded and no cash changes hands. A violation report becomes a case within 24 hours.

  3. 3I record only what the protocol needs — never identity details.
  4. 4I verify urgency honestly — a false priority steals from someone quieter.
  5. 5I return my badge the day I cannot honour these lines.
